Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

Service scope

EasyPosters provides creative design services such as cricket and sports creatives, promotional graphics, social media posts and stories. The exact deliverables, formats and brand guidelines for your account are agreed with you before work starts.

Monthly plans and limits

Each monthly plan includes the number of creatives agreed for that plan. Requests beyond that limit may be quoted separately or moved to a higher plan.

Unused creatives do not roll over to the next month unless we have agreed to it in writing.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included to bring a design in line with the original brief. Major changes to the brief, layout or concept after work has started may count as a new creative.

Turnaround

Turnaround depends on your plan and on how complex each creative is. Timelines we share are estimates based on receiving complete content and feedback on time.

Urgent or unusual work

Rush requests, unusually complex designs, or work outside the agreed scope may be priced separately. We'll confirm any extra cost before starting.

Payment and rights

Once the relevant payment is made, and subject to what we've agreed, you may use the final delivered designs for your brand. Working files, drafts and unused concepts remain ours unless agreed otherwise. We may show delivered work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your content and compliance

You are responsible for the logos, photos, text, player images, team marks and other material you send us, and for having the rights to use them. You are also responsible for making sure your posts follow the rules of the platforms you publish on and any laws that apply to your business, including advertising and gaming regulations.

No guarantee of results

We focus on delivering quality designs on time. We do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, sales or other marketing or business results.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Specific terms agreed with you in writing take priority over this page.
